Products purchased may be returned for
a full refund if the following conditions are adhered to:
- The item(s) are returned in the
condition they were received including the boxes. All returns must be
securely packaged and sent by Mail Recorded Delivery or Special
Delivery.
- If the package is lost or stolen you
are responsible for claiming compensation from the Royal Mail. Please
note Recorded Delivery does not offer compensation for jewellery.
- Products are returned within 14 days
of delivery.
- Any free gift sent with your order
is also returned.
- Payment has been cleared and
previously authorised.
- Where your order was paid by Bank
Transfer, credit/debit card a refund can only be issued to the card
used to make the original purchase.
- Earrings are excluded from the above
due to hygiene reasons.
